Brin Edwards is exhibiting paintings and ceramics at Wefan House a few yards on from Paycocke’s House. Paycocke’s garden is open to ticket holders at no extra charge.

It's easy to find your way around the Open Gardens event. Your ticket has a map with all the gardens and other attractions marked.  Click on the map to plan your route in advance.

Refreshments are available from 2.00 to 4.30pm at the parish church of St. Peter. ad Vincula and at Scrips. 

Ice creams are on sale at Cromwell Lodge, East Street. Collect your ice cream on your way to the Plant Stall at 59 East Street. (Opposite the Co Op).

Scrips is approximately 1 mile south of Coggeshall - a long way to walk! Luckily you can jump on to the Community Bus which will be running all afternoon between Coggeshall Mill and Scrips, stopping at Church Green, Market Hill and Grange Barn.  

Parking is difficult in Coggeshall. Extra parking is available at Grange Barn by kind permission of the National Trust. Grange Barn is a 13th century monastic barn. It is one of the oldest timber framed buildings in Europe. Why not take a look?
